branding; workbook and web designIn 2008, Jonathan Canlas held his first Film is Not Dead workshop on the North Shore of O'ahu, Hawaii. He came to me asking for help designing a website to advertise the workshop and the project soon blossomed from there. We pitched the idea of producing a workbook to give to all the attendees. This simple workbook soon became a custom-built, beautifully bound album with intrinsic value and beauty in and of itself to accompany the priceless information and insights contained within. In the saturated world of wedding photographers, this above-and-beyond-the-norm production stood out, gathering widespread interest from peers and sponsors alike, while attesting to the quality of work that comes from anything connected to Jonathan Canlas Photography. Since the initial workshop, several more have been held in various locations throughout the States, booked to the max each time… naturally.
